The Lofts on The Alameda

The Lofts on the Alameda is one of downtown San Jose’s newer Urban Communities. With Trademark open floorplans and large windows, the units here exemplify the loft lifestyle. Each of the three distinct loft floorplans also features a bonus den/office area maximizing the spacious units. The complex is centrally located at the edge of downtown San Jose near shops and dining, and walking distance to the HP Pavilion.

The 40 unit development boasts high end finishes including granite counter tops, stained concrete floors and stainless steel appliances.  Parking is addressed through a two level parking structure which provides 109 parking spaces for the residents. The project is comprised of 4 stories and a height of 65 feet. This project is a great example of using sensitive architecture that maintains the existing feel of the streetscape.

Developed by Green Valley Corporation and built by Barry Swenson Builder, the Lofts on the Alameda completed construction in fall 2005.
