Project was completed within Budget. This was a high profile community project involving neighborhood groups, RDA and the City.
Project had a challenging soil remediation element to it, which caused extra work. The site was split in two by an alley which was abandoned during entitlement, but the power lines remained through the first 5 months of construction which caused us to build the building in two parts, leaving out the area where the alley was until the power lines could be rerouted and undergrounded.
Build It Green Project: Minimal water usage landscaping, low flow toilets, energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems.
