The Work for the Project involves Design-Build construction services for a three hundred and twenty-one (321) Room Marriott Hotel built in San Jose, California. In general, the Project consists of the following structures: A new seven (7) story, 215,834 square foot concrete Tower Structure for the Hotel and a new stand-alone Parking Structure; three (3) stories, 72,000 square foot, with (235) parking spaces, all on a 1.93 acre site (Net Acreage)

- Greatest Success of the Project: This project was “dual-branded”, meaning that the project was basically two entirely different hotels in one structure. Some amenities were shared, but for the most part, our one team successfully completed two hotels. The greatest impact was with the architectural finishes. Keeping the projects separate took heroic efforts.
