This Build-to-Suit project for FedEx Express is comprised of a 151,100 square foot air, ground, trucking and transportation facility built on 11.97 acres adjacent to the San Jose International Airport.  This highly improved Sort / Distribution facility features tilt-up construction, 43 automated dock doors, 2 truck ramp entrances, and parking for 135 truck trailers. The building also features upgraded lighting, upgraded HVAC, a 24′ clear height, and 50′ x 50′ structural steel bay spacing.
