This 139,000 SF Tenant Improvement Package was completed for FedEx Ground in 2004, in an expansion to an existing space. This FedEx Ground facility serves the commercial needs of the South Bay Area and the Bay Peninsula.
The project included: Partial Building Demolition for FedEx Loading Docks; Voluntary Seismic Retrofit of entire structure; New PG&E 4000A, 277/480V, 3 phase main electrical service; Re-construct parking areas; Storm & sanitary; Underground fire loop, Upgrade fire sprinkler system; Sidewalks; Curbs & gutters; Landscape & irrigation, Painting exterior walls & tower; and New roof.

New 2000A, 277/480V, 3 phase electrical service; New office build-out; New bathroom core; R-30 roof insulation, New high bay lighting; Fire sprinkler distribution, Dock doors, levelers, seals and bumpers; Roll-up doors; and wire mesh fencing.

Expand existing 106,132 SF space by increasing package sorting area. Scope included: R-30 roof insulation, New high bay lighting; Fire sprinkler distribution, Dock doors, levelers, seals and bumpers; and wire mesh fencing. FedEx’s new total SF = 139,132 SF.
