Bank of the West

The Bank of the West Mill Valley branch office tenant improvement was of an existing retail space. Involved the complete demolition of the interior space and fit-out per drawing and specifications provided by the Bank. Included new metal stud wall partitions, finishes, electrical and fire alarm, mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler system(s), new windows and doors, tile, cabinetry, acoustical ceilings, painting,etc.

The project included sustainable elements such as low VOC paints and floor coverings, and sending all construction waste and debris to a recylcing/sorting center rather than a land fill.
