DMV, San Jose

The building, comprising 33,000 square feet, is a brand new location for the California Department of Motor Vehicles. The State of California had been searching for a location upwards of 30,000 square feet in a specific radius in the South Bay, and the 2222 Senter Road location was an ideal match for both requirements. Previously a commercial laundromat, the facility fits an interior space plan designed to meet the specific needs of the area, meets specific parking requirements, and makes for an improved customer experience. Construction was completed in late 2014.
