The Grad

The project consists of new construction of a 19-story, 260 unit mixed-use student housing tower with 1,000 beds. Includes approximately 14,552 SF of commercial parking spaces on a 1.45 acre site in Downtown San Jose. The structure is concrete with one garage floor below grade. Exterior is a combination of Composite Metal Panels, Glass Storefront and Window Walls. Interior is metal stud framing and drywall. There are retail and rental offices, various amenity spaces, a patio deck with a pool and recreation area at the 4th level. Construction started in 2017 and is expected to be completed by July, 2020.
