The Works

The Works is a Barry Swenson Community located in the Martha Gardens neighborhood of downtown San Jose. The complex consists of 74 flats and loft-style condominiums. The one- and two-bedroom condos range in size between 894 and 1400 square feet. Interior features include maple, shaker-style cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and granite counters.
