Goodwill Store

New Tenant & Site Improvements to an existing 17,000 Square foot commercial shopping center that expanded an existing Goodwill Industries retail store.

Building was in a very dilapidated state requiring addition scope of work to make structural and cosmetic repairs.  BSB was able to keep the cost impact to a minimum by closely auditing requests for change orders.

BSB worked with Goodwill and our subcontractors to come up with value engineering ideas resulting in costs and schedule savings.

BSB upgraded the HVAC and building envelope (insulation, cool roof, skylights, low use plumbing fixtures) to meet Title 24 standards.  BSB also added a 50kW PV roof mount system.
