New Leaf Market

New leaf market was once a Bank of America built in the early 1930’s. The building fell into ill repair following the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. The building required a massive seismic retrofit and modernization prior to putting back on line for New Leaf foods.

The building is a registered historical landmark and a project that SWENSON is proud to have as one of its projects. The grocery store build out included complete deli section, grocery retail, refrigeration units, walk-in freezer, storage and executive office space.
